Wild by Cheryl Strayed - If there’s an explorer in you or a craving for fresh air and new horizons then you’ll love this book. Cheryl Strayed recounts her adventures in the wilderness and learnings as she hikes the Pacific Crest Trail solo. Brutally honest, funny and full of hope, Wild is a real heart warmer and one to revisit.

Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton - This book had me completely captivated from the start and flipped my understanding of the mind, spirituality and biology on its head. I'm a bit of a science nerd so this is right up my street but this book is very accessible. It brings to light all the science that back up the power of the subconscious mind and beliefs.

The Blood Sugar Solution by Dr. Mark Hyman - There are heaps of health books on the shelves but if you pick up just one, make it this book. Although it provides an in-depth look at obesity and diabetes (which is probably more relevant to you than you think) it provides a brilliant protocol for healing everything from adrenal fatigue and hormone imbalance to weight-loss. Mark Hyman is one of my health hero’s and I love his integrative approach to health, medicine and healing.

Daring Greatly by Brene Brown - This book was an eye-opener for me. Brene is a 'storyteller-researcher' and delivers a honest, funny and very relatable shift in perspective on vulnerability, strength and shame. There were so many insights on relationships, leadership, showing up in life, authenticity and even parenting. (Check out her must-watch TedTalks below for a taster).

Mind over Medicine by Lissa Rankin - Another one of my favourites, this book points towards the future of medicine. It basically highlights how powerful the mind is for health and healing from disease, spotlighting why the placebo effect and spontaneous remissions are seen as so problematic for medicine and why they shouldn't be ignored. I really recommend this one for anyone that is struggling with illness. 

The Fire Starter Sessions by Danielle LaPorte - This book will start a fire in your belly. If you are looking for inspiration, motivation and guidance on following your dreams, especially if they have a business bent then this is a must read. Plus, this woman can really write.

The Omnivore’s Dilemma by Michael Pollan - Pollan is one of my favourite food writers and famous for the spot-on quote: "Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants". This book is such a great examination of the food industry, food ethics and provides a really simple approach to food. I really enjoyed reading this and love that it demonstrates such a balanced and informed attitude to food. No prior knowledge of science required.

These eBooks are simply gorgeous and chock-full of useful info to improve your energy, clear your skin and kickstart your creative dreams. This is a woman to watch.

Reveal Your Inner Radiance Mini Meditations by Claire Obeid - My go-to collection of guided meditations. Invaluable.

Guided Chakra Cleanse for Busy People by Belinda Davidson - Change your energy, change your life. That’s Belinda’s motto and it hits the nail on the head, but don’t just trust me - this mediation has to be experienced first hand. This media gets a regular workout from me.

Bright-Eyed & Blog-Hearted - This is my all-time favourite course and the ultimate blogging resource, created by one of the most inspiring people I know, Rachel MacDonald. If you've ever considered starting a blog but are still twiddling your thumbs or feeling a little lacklustre about your current blog this is the course for you. BE&BH is a blogging phenomenon, packed to the rafters with insanely useful information and templates. The Facebook group is truly something to behold, filled with so much generosity and support that it is priceless. Rach is a facilitator and pipeline for so much joy, it just blows my socks off. Blogging how-to with a side serve of life coaching is her killer combo and it's setting the inter-webs alight.
